Journal of Research and Educational Research Evaluation is a fully refereed international journal publishing original academic articles that promote educational processes and outcomes that are both well-informed and evidence-based. Abstract

People with disabilities still have not moved from marginal status and discriminatory treatment, especially to access higher education. In fact, the number of their population continues to increase, along with the many natural disasters, accidents, drug abuse and the consequences of horizontal conflict. Therefore, colleges need to transform themselves into inclusive disability friendly campuses. This study aims to see how far the implementation of inclusive education program in UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta and Universitas Brawijaya Malang. This research is a program evaluation with mixed method approach. The results showed that inclusive education programs in universities are running well. Inclusive colleges are universal educational representations intended for everyone regardless of their condition of disability. The realization of inclusive university commitment is realized by preparing qualified human resources, fulfilling accessible facilities, financial support, and making standard operational services for disabled students. Universities have made an accesible learning model for students with disabilities. Inclusive higher education program can increase the potential of students with disabilities both academically, socially and independently. The results of this study can be a reference for universities to change into inclusive. So that students with disabilities can really access higher education without having to fear rejected.

Abstract

Social behaviour is one of the aspects assessed in the process of applying the Curriculum 2013. Social behaviour includes aspects of honest, disciplined, courtesy, confident, caring, and responsibility. This study aims to develop an instrument of social behaviour through peer assessment on mathematics learning in junior high school that are valid and reliable. The research method used is development research with modified Sugiyono model. Content validity through expert judgment is tested using V index and its reliability with ICC. Small-scale trials were tested with pearson correlation and alpha cronbach for reliability. Large-scale trials were tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis 2nd Order, and its reliability with the Construct Reliability formula. The results of the validation of experts obtained 35 items valid and reliable. A small-scale trial with 52 respondents, 27 valid grains with coefficient> 0.3 and reliability were 0.805. In large scale trials, 25 items have construct validity with estimated loading factor (λ)> 0.30. The test result using SEM meets Godness of Fit if RMSEA show value 0,017; GFI shows a value of 0.87, AGFI shows a value of 0.84 and RMSR shows a value of 0.041. Instrument expressed practical with the questionnaire score> 21. The results showed that the instrument of social attitudes through peer assessment developed valid and reliable.

Abstract

Assessment of the results of the study were not able to use the technique only tests the need for an assessment that can assess the 3 aspects of cognitive, affective and namely psychomotor assessment authentic like i.e. assessment of the project. Troubleshooting is the ability that must be mastered in maths learning then perlua the existence of an appropriate assessment that can assess the mathematical problem solving skills. This research aims to develop assessment instrument project to assess mathematical solving skills on a project-based learning that is valid, reliability and practical use. The type of research used in this research is the research development (research and development) with the model of the development of nontes. The subject of a trial that is grade VIII SMP Negeri Semarang 40. The data in the research gained from the results of the test of the validity, reliability and practicality. The research results showed that the assessment instrument project to assess mathematical problem solving skills on a project-based learning is declared invalid based on the input of experts and of the results obtained from the calculation of the ICC retrieved r_xx > 0,814 reliability, validity of the results invalid constructs on a small scale have the goodness of fit index 0,942 > 0.90 and massive scale have index goodness of fit 0.935 > 0.90 reliability then both showed 0,848 > 0.7 on a small scale and 0867 > 0.7 on a massive scale, as well as meet the criteria of the practical meaning of the instrument indicates the assessment of the project to assess mathematical problem solving skills in project based-learning that have been developed in valid, reliabil and practical use as well as proven to be used to assess mathematical problem solving skills of students of JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL. Abstract

Development of the instrument is very important to know the success of learners instructional practices in the long jump. The research aims to produce teacher assessment instruments on valid long jumps psychomotor, reliability and practical. The design of this research using R & D with by referring to the research procedure Sugiyono. The subject of a number of research participants from 30 students to conduct a small-scale test and 90 students for large-scale trials. Data collection using interview techniques, and studies now document. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed that instrument stated in valid content of 0.68. Reliability of the ICC between appraisers of 0.730. Small-scale trials demonstrated the value of 0.652 KMO. And Bartlett's Test sig 0.000. However, there are items of value the MSA < 0.5. large-scale Test showed the value of KMO 0.756 and sig Tests. Bartlett's 0.000. all grains acquire MSA > 0.5. Form 4 instrument components. Reliability of the instrument on a small scale test of 0.802 and large-scale 0.805. Test score of 123 practicalities that means practical instruments used. The findings of this research are the instrument developed proven valid, reliability and practical. The benefits of this research to teachers can use this instrument in the study of sports material long jumps in order to generate an easy and precise measurements.

Abstract

Problems often faced by teachers of mathematics, namely the validity and reliability of measuring instruments assessment of performance, preparation of test performance is still very limited knowledge and understanding of teachers, the assessment results are often influenced by the objectivity of the teacher as a rater because in doing the assessment is done without the involvement of other teachers as collaborator. This study aims to examine the level of validity, reliability, and the practicality of authentic assessment instruments for performance in linear mathematics learning programs. The instrument is useful for teachers to innovate in the world of education and for students as study material to determine the level of understanding of students' abilities. This research method uses research and development techniques. The sample was used for a study of 34 students for small-scale tests and 44 students for large-scale tests. The results showed that the instrument was declared to be valid in the contents of 0.83. ICC reliability estimation between assessors 0.730. The scale test shows the value of KMO 0.548 and Barteletts sig test. 0,000. But there is one item that has an MSA value <0.5. Large scale test shows the value of KMO 0,532 and Bartlett's Test sig. 0,000. All items obtained MSA value> 0.5. The instrument forms 2 components. The value of Eigenvalues ​​component 1 is 2, 007 and component 2 is 1.183. The estimated reliability of the instrument on a small scale test was 0.674 and a large scale of 0.661. Practical test gets a score of 155. The conclusion of this study is that the instrument developed has proven to be valid, reliable and practical. Very practical proven instruments based on teacher ratings. The suggestion of this research is for teachers to use this instrument in learning linear mathematics programs to produce easy and precise measurements.

Abstract

The current assessment instrument cannot be used to assess objective tennis talent for student in primary school. The aims of this research is to develop the assessment of tennis talent of the primary school students intenship with standardize. The method of this research was used research development with four steps development. The contents validity was analyzed by experts using Aiken's formula, the reliability was analyzed by the experts using Two way Anova and re-analyzed using the Hoyt formula. The construct validity was analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and reliability was analyse using Alpha Cronbach. The result of the validity of the content shows that there was thirty grains which have value > 0.3 with the total percentage of feasibility of 87% means the soft skill assessment instrument was feasible to be used, the result of the reliability based on the expert's test shows the value of 0.82 which means each rater agreed in judging. The KMO results on the instrument test in the Field shows a value of 0.779, MSA> 0.5 and Bartlett's test significance of 0.000 this means data was eligible for further analysis. The exploratory factor analysis shows nine factors from 30 statement items. The value of factor loading on each item that existed on each factor is > 0.3 which signify the whole item was valid. Based on the reliability test using Alpha Cronbach obtained value of 0.985 so that the instrument is reliable.The conclusion shows the assessment of tennis aptitude tests for elementary school students that are developed is valid, reliable and worthy to use. This research can be useful for PJOK teachers and tennis trainers as an effort to find potential athletes for tennis.

Abstract

Information about students’ interest in learning mathematic SMP as a consideration when conducting managerial evaluations which is required by the teacher, and there is no standard assessment instrument. The purpose of the study is to produce guide book of the teacher and application on android phones about an assessment instrument of students' interest based on Android on mathematics learning at junior high school CPS model with a valid, consistent, reliable and practical. The data obtained at SMP N 4 Pemalang with research subject 128 students and 7 mathematics teacher. The instrument data collector in the interview guidelines, expert validaty sheet, and questionnaires. The study used a research and development. The development model modifies the 4-D model by Thiagarajan et al. Analysis of data using triangulation sources, validity, internal consistency, reability, and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the study showed from examine the expert team, 35 item early instrument worthy trialled. The result of 1) 32 item valid, and consistent; 2) The number of component had four factors; 3) The total of variant percentage of interest to be explained by four factors amounted to 60.016%; 4) The reliability coefficient is 0.965. The result of practicality number of instrument for teachers is 95.429 with very practical interpretations. The result of practicality number of instrument for students is 97.1 with very practical interpretations. From the result data analysis, it can be concluded that an instrument for assessing the interest of android-based student in learning mathematics for Junior High School with a Creative Problem Solving model has been valid, consistent, reliable, and practical. Product result are expected to be able to assess students’ interest.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the absence of an early detection instrument for the risk of pneumonia that was tested for validity and reliability. Instruments about pneumonia found in integrated management of sick toddlers have less detailed indicators that only include breathing speed. The aim of the study was to produce an instrument of early detection of the risk of pneumonia that was valid and reliable. This research is a development research conducted in the Puskesmas ngemplak in Semarang. The subject of this study was 100 respondents. Test the content validity using Aiken's V formula and reliability test using Hoyt. In the trial, the reliability was analyzed using Alpha Cronbach. In the validity and reliability test the valid instrument items were more than 0.3 for each item and the instrument reliability was at 0.869> 0.7. The construct validity test using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) formed 3 factors, namely factor 1 (signs and symptoms), factor 2 (individual behavior) and factor 3 (environment). This study produces valid and reliable instruments. The benefit of this study is that instruments that are valid and reliable can be used as a standard guide in knowing how much a person is exposed to pneumonia
